Today will be off to the less than classic rubbish tip and then charity shop to offload more crap we were storing.

Funny the stuff you decide to keep though.  A 1950's world political atlas was reprieved

Chucking out stuff is hard...  redface:
Yep

Not sure if it's nostalgia or that we were brung up in times where almost any possession was a luxury  or that "I threw something out once and I needed it the week after" angle

Well, whatever, nevermind

I needed a new bulb for one of the garden lights last week.

I emptied the 'light bulb cupboard' all over the floor of my man cave and of course there wasn't a match.  evil:

Now I am staring at the pile of bulbs every day, knowing that most of them will never be used but reluctant to chuck them out.  redface:

Once upon a time we only had two types of bulb:  60W and 100W

Now there are a millionteen variants, 60W and 100W are illegal and we have a cupboard full of every bulb variant but the one I'll need next.  Banghead

Worryingly we just bought an expensive new light fitting.  It has no replaceable bulbs at all, one LED failure and the whole think is junk.   noooo:
Well, whatever, nevermind
