I need an exit strategy 
Work is driving me insane. 
1. Find someone who is already leaving.
2. Persuade them to blow a whistle about you doing something serious but hard to prove, like giving preference to white folk.
3. Get sent home for a year or so on full pay.
4. Return after that when they find there is nothing to answer and tell them your life is destroyed by their actions, threaten to sue.
5. Buy a yacht with the £1,000,000 compo and sail off into the sunset.
Simples. It doesn't only work for senior policemen you know.
