This evening, I am quietly weeding the garden, having been left to its own devices for 6 weeks, I am bending over when a magpie decides to use my back as a runway.   I shout, I scream and eventually it takes off.   I tell the staff but they don’t believe me.   I go back out and carry on weeding and it happens again!  Now I am almost hysterical so the staff realise I am not joking.   We watch as the bird starts to sort through my box of pegs throwing the plastic ones away and taking off with a wooden one.  This happens again but when it is shooed Off it lands on the washing line and tries to unpeg the washing!    evil:
