Very odd seeing someone I knew well from 5-17. We were trading school memories. All he seemed to recall was me wetting myself a lot

Formal request was made to change working hours ( 5 days into 4) 

Request refused with explanation and paragraphs included from their Job Description as to why this was not feasible or appropriate.

Within 2.4 milliseconds formal grievance lodged with Union saying I am picking on them and discriminating blah blah blah and as a result they are extremely stressed and seeking an appointment with their doctor urgently.

I wonder what time I will receive the call tomorrow to inform me they are going off sick ????

When they go off sick find someone else who is more capable of doing their job and when they return move them into someone else's department a less stressful role due to their ailing health...

But Miss D is going to have to have the role covered as they're going to go off sick and even when they return they will barely work.  When someone's that disaffected it never ends happy

Find enough people to cover what HAS to be done of their job and then have a round of redundancies.  Wait 6 months and then recruit someone back into the newly created all new (just like the previous role) role

Just don't have any of that in writing
