they are emptying house tomorrow ..the Sale is not final ..I have tried to explain that a house sells better when it looks like a "Home" ..solictor agrees .. but No ...they want to clear it .. noooo: noooo:

Trying to sell a "shell" of house in this climate .. noooo: noooo: 

My mate wants to take car ..(I gave it to his daughter) ..but they won't let him take it ..till he shows insurance etc .. Banghead  (he is insured any vehicle)...

Refusing me (friend) access to property ..as it is not insured now ..)they stopped insurance although  I offered to pay to keep it )... cussing:

You are fucked unless your solicitor can do anything to rein them in.  Where do the proceeds of any sale of contents go, including valuable items or family photos etc.?

A bonkers aunt of mine left a lot of money to some monks! The SOLICITOR (a Catholic) boasted to us that he often took valuable items from clients' houses (while we were there looking for family stuff!!!!). We heard from a neighbour that the monks had come round in a van and taken away "some nice stuff".
