Filing away all the 4 years of tax papers I went through yesterday, trying to decide it I can be arsed to go through all the grief of spending hours on the phone for the ~£10 they owe me.  They do make a mess of things but one error mostly cancelled out the £900 error they'd also made.   It's not like my income is complicated either, just pensions.
