Apparently, 'Living Wills' aren't legal here...  rubschin:

Apparently, 'Living Wills' aren't legal here...  rubschin:
Top tip (serious)

before you sign a Will challenge it with a set of Wotif use cases.  This one was flawed in that it didn't consider things like . . .
- What if so and so dies first?
- What if we can't find the named executor for months?
- What if said executor turns out to be a struck off solicitor with a criminal conviction?
