Pub was excellent, huge omelette and half a ton of chips

Then on to jewellers for Mrs K to have her wedding ring cut off  eeek:  Going to cost more to have it expanded now than it did to buy it but I guess Gold costs a lot more now
Well, whatever, nevermind

Basic £/hr is more for ageny than permanent...but then no pension scheme etc. and they will be booted out the door when the furlough payments end...
That figures.  But doesn't that mean you have to spend time showing agency staff how it actually works?

Lots of the other Ground Handlers made fairly substantial redundancies. Blokes with years of experience.  They took their redundancy payments, joined an agency and hey presto they are back doing pretty much exactly what they had done for years, albeit in a different uniform. Not too much training needed.

Coincidentally just loaded the NHS App to get my Covid passport.

As for people not getting vaccinated because of what they've heard from other Asians or the Republican party or they just can't be arsed then fuck em.  If employers won't let them work because of the fecklessness then don't pay them benefits either and make them stay indoors until the pandemic is really over.  They're effin up other people's lives, jobs and the economy

I refused the vaccine invitation.
