Today is turning into a complete clusterfuck to end a fairly shitty week and I still have a looooooooooong phone call to take at 4.00 about something too complicated to describe  evil: evil:

Large cruiser enters lock followed by narrow boat

NB skipper appears to be a Neanderthal

Loses control of boat and manages to ram cruiser  noooo:

Much shouting and waving of boat hooks

NB skipper manages to tie up his boat with considerable advice and help

Attempting to untie he loses contact with the boat which leaves the lock with his teenage daughter in command (she is screaming) while he clings by his fingertips to the edge of the lock with his feet in the water  noooo:

He is rescued by the boat he has rammed and they set off up the river in pursuit of the now hysterical teenage daughter  noooo: noooo:

I start filling in several different incident reports  Banghead
