I have had to do an interview this morning for a temporary post .

I knew this bloke when he used to work here quite a few years ago. I didn't like him then  evil:

He was being interviewed by myself and another bloke who didn't know him.

At the end of the interview I asked if he had any questions as you do.....so he says
" you've done well for yourself climbing this greasy pole ..I'm still in the same position ...I wonder how you did it "
