As it's wedding anniversary time Mrs Tel took the week off.

Today we decided to go to ham House. Knew that House was closed but gardens were listed as open - nice day out.

Wrong.

After a long walk we found that the house and gardens were closed!

Mrs Tel suggested that we walk along to Teddington Lock (1.5 miles according to signpost).
Ok says I.
After about 40 minutes we get to Teddington by which I am feeling parched.
A singpost there pointed to a footpath to Ham House - only half a mile!
Anyway there was a pub, Anglers, a Fullers establishment. Right next door to Teddington Studios.
Had a nice pint and a meal.
When we left the pub, we turned left - again wrong.
Teddington was to the right.
Eventaully reached Kingston via Hampton Wick. Dunno how miles that is.
Got home and legs don't want to work.

So, what would happen if you polled up to the Ace Cafe on a Lambretta / Vespa / Scooter?  rubschin:

Usually nothing. Might be different if there was more than though.

I've ridden with Angels on one of mine.
