I seem disorientated  confused:

Went to bed last night around 10:15, woke at 2:00 and couldn't get back to sleep. At 4:00 tried a mug of hot choccy and found a sleeping pill; awoke at 10:00am  noooo:

There followed a pointless walk to the PO to renew the Road Tax only to find that they, the second PO in a year, no longer do Road Tax  evil:. I've now done it online and await me disc thing. Can't believe it's nearly T time  cry:

I am returned. My diabetic condition is no worse it seems.
