As a matter of interest, Tipsy, where does you avatart come from?

Norman Rockwell's 'After the Prom'.  Google was honouring him the day I joined the pub so it seemed appropriate and Barman put it up for me.

Today I am helping a friend move back into their house. They have been renting it out for 18 months whilst they rented another one in the catchment area of a decent secondary school

Plan worked , daughter is at the school they wanted and now time to return back to normal.

Have you asked if you can use the bathroom?

Just back from a four mile bike ride, I'll leave the longer rides to others for now and I suspect a gel saddle may well be a requirement. I went on a track I've never used before, great the way the landscape looked so different from a different angle. I shall take the camera next time, I didn't realise that stacks of logs awaiting collection could be so photogenic

I have been watching all these stupid munters on the London to Brighton bike ride going past.
What a pain!

Not one "real" copper in sight, all plastic ones with no common sense, diverting cyclists to wrong side of road at a zebra crossing doesn't strike me as being a safe move.

This year the council hasn't even bothered to fill in the subsided bits of the road so maybe, with a bit of luck, we will have one of the glorious multiple bike accidemts that used to make us laugh so much.

He wouldn't stand a chance when the IKEA and Argos trucks come flying through here. Shame they take Sunday mornings off.
