Oh, I've been to work Bham, walked about abit and typed summat, then came home. Miss C I have a rucksack in which I keep my bank books, my passport and my laptop so home is wherever that is.  My bestfriend is in the car, his name is Tom Tom and he speak French.   cloud9:

Certainly feels like it.

Tipsy I too have a laptop rucksack etc and love it but am currently shifting three houses full of furniture about with the prospect of doing much the same in three months or so.  OK whinge over I am old and knackered it id deffo wine o clock that will cheer me up and make me feel better. eastdrink048

I quite agree, have used one when using Skype and can see the benefit for folks scattered around the world but generally not a good thing.   noooo:

My cousins in Oz use them regularly; but then Skyping your daughter in London at Uni from home in Tasmania is much like opening her bedroom door in the morning and being greeted by the drowsy face begging for a cuppa  ;D

She is now in the kitchen telling her sympathetic mother what a miserable sod I am and how it is soooooooo unfair that I expect better of her.

My hands, meanwhile, are being washed of the whole matter. I refuse to discuss anything to do with her schooling, her choice of subjects or her wish to go to uni .... which, on current showing, she hasn't a dog's chance of getting into.

I think we will leave it there for now ~ before I slap her silly face for her.

Or she slaps yours
