I have been tasked with booking a venue for the team Christmas dinner today
This normally involves checking out several venues ( visiting and eating / drinking there
), getting menu's sending this round to 40 people , voting on preferences and then collecting deposits etc ....
. Takes weeks / months to organise.
Feck that this year. I have contacted one of MY fave places ....checked availability for a couple of dates. They have confirmed that is fine , booked it . Sorted.
I have now to send an email out to team saying when and where it is and if you don't like it tough .
What can possibly go wrong ???
