wtf are clicky shoes? YOu tap dancing too?

They attach your feet to the pedals, fixed like.  Great for getting up speed and your feet not slipping like...but have avoided them cos if you go too slow or need to stop quick............ oooops over you go.  Shoes and pedals £105 (to me... £80  cloud9:)

A day of rest here too.  Just got back from 15 mile ride.  cloud9:  Prepared Enchildas for dinner tonight.  The staff have cleaned the car and my bike.  I am taking little one to Misery Hill to buy some shoes.  Back later.
