It seems to have werked okay like...  cloud9:

It was me new LCB exhaust manifold... Painted it with heat resistant aluminium paint which has to be baked on at something above 300°F...

So I got as much of it in the oven as I could, packed the gaps (the door wouldn't close) with oven gloves and tea towels before setting it to 'fan oven' at 200°C...

Left it for half an hour - bish bosh, job done!  happy088

Gonna do the link pipe and all the brackets next...  whistle:
