The girls are off shopping.  I am sitting in a quiet warm and comfortable hotel room sipping a very cold glass of Pinot. There is a large ham joint in the slow cooker and I even remembered to switch it on. angel1 Will be doing some food prep for tomorrow this evening and will wrap the last two presses that I ordered on the interewebly which arrived just in the nick of time yesterday. Whilst wrapping the presses I will be steaming a side of salmon.  All is well in my world. cloud9:
