Hideously , horrible day with nothing but complaints from arrogant tosspots who think they know feckin everythink and an ombudsmen complaint that is asking for sooooooooo much information on behalf of a complete bastard nutter. She says the stress we has caused her has made her eyes bleed  Banghead Banghead Banghead
