I fear you are being 'had' Snoops and not in a good way. noooo:

I have learned to expect it Miss C  sad24:

SWWLTBO will be grateful for the hotel but there is no way the THW will express any opinion that isn't a complaint. Her three day trip to Poland a couple of weeks ago cost £575 in all (including 'pocket money') and she has not yet said thank you.

TBH I got a late booking deal on the De Veres Hotel but working out the clothing, fuel, hotels and meals each of these "Interview Days" will be costing me around £300 each for the two located too far to do in one day. Half that for the two "day trip" locations I suppose, fortunately we are down to 4 since the bust up with the BF ruled out Leicester. This is, of course, the second round of these Unis in three months.

Oh and she is off to Strasbourg next month with two others representing the school, fortunately at the invitation of the European Parliament who are paying the travel and accommodation costs but no doubt that will require more 'Pocket Money' etc.

Roll on October I say .... when she will be gone! Thank the Lord the Welsh Assembly Gov't will pick up the bill for her university fees and some living costs. Bursaries + student loans will take care of the rest because I certainly cannot!.

Tonight I will mostly be looking for glass jars.
