Having been let down by Tim the Tiler... I am now tiling...  evil:

I have been unpacking 100 tent pegs and filling pots with compost in-between making mugs of coffee for the window fitters who are not currently happy as one of the upstairs windows will not open properly due to the soffit being too deep.  The surveyor did not pick up on it I foresee ructions when John the surveyor rocks up in about half an hour. eveilgrin:
