I filled up at Tescos, £1.38 per litre.  Why didn't I stop at the garage I passed to get to Tescos... it was1p cheaper.  ::)

Off to the lecky board with my mate this morning.

Picked them up from the airport last night, took them to their place to find they had been disconnected.  cussing:

Six months ago the electricity people took 500 Euros too much but would not refund the money and kept it as a credit to their account.  eeek:

They pay by DD and have plenty of money in the account, it would appear that the DD has been somehow cancelled, their 'credit' has run out and they were cut off.  evil:

That will be most of the morning wasted due to some cock up by an incompetent fuckwit.....I might need a good drink later BM, make sure you stock up!

Earlier on on the box they were saying that because of these rises, in the past few months the government coffers had swelled by 5p per litre, surely they didn't allow for that much of a rise. Where's it all going?  rubschin:

Pissed up the wall like the rest of your taxes...

Don't forget their tax revenue jumps each time the cost of a barrel of oil goes up too - because of North sea taxes...

Wankers...  noooo:

I had a dream about a swimming pool last night ( cross threads I know) ...but it was an old one I used to go to as a kid . It had changed beyond all recognition and had a fancy pants outside bit now. But all I wanted to do was go inside and swim in lengths. they wouldn't let me . They only allowed you to swim in widths  Banghead

Well ~ He's not likely to ask any questions is he.

If he does ~ make cutting remarks such as "For those who weren't paying attention when I covered that point I'll repeat myself, with apologies to those who were awake"
