This afternoon I have been to the opticians for my annual eye test. (Annual because of diabetes) .... He expressed surprised that my prescription hasn't changed in ten years.

The ear doc says I have the hearing of a 30 year old, the optician says I have the eyesight of someone at least ten years younger than I am, the physio says the body is a bit overweight but in good condition, the GP says I am in good general health and I have good muscle tone for a man in his sixties  .... It's just the heart that's buggered.

Ah well ~ can't have it all I suppose. tunble:

No they just give you magazines and tell you to DIY .... BUPA on the other hand ......

I just know that I am going to regret this but what bearing does 'it was a hot day' have on matters?
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
