They do free wifi in McDonalds...you can hook up from the car park...if they allow caravans..

As discussed here a year ago.... I use a 3g vodaphone dongle which when I am travelling I just top up for £15 and it lasts for a month.  The location I am at want to charge £15 a day.  ;D
