25 miles duly cycled.  I am now out and about in my car searching for that really really important purchase that you must buy on a bank holiday.  I could get stuck in traffic.  scared2:

I have been shopping with The Brat ..then gym for a killer session ...The PT said I was 'hard core'...at least that's what I thought he said  lol:

Came home and watched a film , on the sofa with The Brat  eeek: We were cuddled up under the blanket with nibbles. She said 'Thanks , I really enjoyed this afternoon ' .....

I have a very , very uneasy feeling . She must be sickening for something  rubschin:
