Agreed I lived there for a while in the early 80's. Had a cat called Ratbag whilst there, not in the biblical sense you understand.  The landlord didn't allow pets so when he rocked up for an inspection I would chuck cat into garden (luckily I lived on the ground floor) and complain bitterly about the neighbours nuisance feline. angel1
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
