Entertaining morning at the gym. Was pounding the treadmill . Two sets ..one that faces the rest of the gym and one that faces the swimming pool.

I choose the swimming pool facing vista. Anyway plodding away when I see commotion a going on in the pool. Promptly followed by manager and 2 or 3 other staff.  It appears some bloke has done some damage to himself  eeek:

Anyway it must have been his arm or his shoulder as he couldn't get out the pool. Paramedics arrive and they look as each other to see which one is going to have to get into the pool. Anyway one takes off his watch and all other tekky bits and pieces and gets in and checks him over. The manager and two other staff have to get in and eventually they lift him out.

One arm must have been much stronger than the other  rubschin:

I might therefore go the gym this avvy meself, as apparently, so 'they say, so I've been informed like, Saturday afternoons is/are  fit top top totty buttocks blimping time....so I;ve been told as I say like. eeek:

I need to check this out, purely for scientific research porpoises naturally. whistle:
