Nah, don't do that. I do loads o' walking up me imaginary 'ill on maximum gradient ...15 or summat...on the treadmill thing and bike machine wotsit, and arm and leg torture machines, then sort of reverse lift up excercise stuff lying down on me back that 'urts me belly and giblets. sad32:

I am staying at me bruv's mansion looking after his two hounds, while he, his wife and bruv junior are sunning themselves in Turkey for a fortnight. He has left me beer. Lots of beer  cloud9:

Back from the rugby, another magnificent loss  ::)

I thought I'd entered the world of Nick for a moment. Before the game, for the first time ever I was asked to show my ticket and asked what was in my bag. Once done, I was chatting with the steward and this bloke came up with the biggest bag/come-tarpaulin looking thing I've ever seen in my life. She asked him what was in the bag... "belive it or not, it's an inflatable kayak"

WTF do you take an inflatable kayak to a rugby game for FFS  noooo:
