Balancing my new water tank, putting stuff back in the garage (neatly), keeping an eye on the pool man (who has dug another big hole) and off to the opera this evening...

If it's The Beggars Opera you might care to take the "Donate" button with you.

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

As do I.

I'm a space/sf buff but I've seen and read enough about this filmto know it's one to avoid.

Review: Derivative & Dumb ‘Apollo 18’ Never Gets Off The Launchpad

Quote
Generally speaking, the biggest problem for found-footage horror movies is creating sufficient reason or motivation for the characters to keep filming even when everything is going wrong. But “Apollo 18” somehow manages to solve that problem while creating a whole host of other ones, not the least of which happen because because filmmaker Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego decided to set his mash-up of “Paranormal Activity” and “The Fourth Kind” on the moon in 1973. Derivative, dumb, suspenseless and worst of all boring, “Apollo 18” fulfills no expectations except those of the low quality of films released over Labor Day weekend, a notorious dumping ground for studio dreck.

Oh dear... lets hope they have decent popcorn... Popcorn:

Don't...Unless you can go with a friend so that when you laugh the other person in the cinema does not think you are strange.

I don't think it had an original line in it and I think that even I had guessed that one of them was called Nate by the end of the film.

What is really scary is that the end of the film was such you just know that there is room for a sequel. noooo:

It's shite, complete and utter shite  not very good at all. angel1
