I'm planning and dreaming of doing the 'me 'ill' mountain race next August. happy001

Need to lose approx 5 stone first I reckon.

Can't even walk up the route they take without several oxygen breaks, and it takes me 49 minutes (best time) one way only. Banghead
They can run up AND down with an added extra 3/4 of a mile on the road too, in 30-60 minutes. eeek:

I fear I may well actually be dreaming. cry:

I can do 10k without any probs but feel knackered at the end of that.

Furthest I've probably done is about 13k.

Just not sure I could do 21 k ( half marathon)  eeek:

Not helped by the fact that I haven't been to the gym for over 3 weeks now so feeling well slobby  redface:

I initially thought that too, but I think they are just 'avin' a birof foreplay  cloud9: IIRC from the cobwebs of me memory...I think...but not too sure now tbh...whatever that means....like. confused:
