Good grief man you don't expect a call back today do you.  We certainly don't get that sort of service here.  I don't think that anyone from the council here has ever called me back on the day that they said that they would.  Pillocks.

I spent the best part of an hour this morning trying to locate a piece of work that a  censored: customer told me I'd done. He wanted it amending.
