Was there ever any doubt as to the outcome?

Schumacher crashed if that's any consolation

I have decided that I need to 'get a man in'.  I have not been able to do as much in the garden as I would liked due to circumstances beyond my control.  The garden here is on a slope I fear I may need an 'up hill gardener' I am not at all sure how to word the advert.  noooo:

I have had an unexpected phone call today !

My ex father in law , who moved abroad when the brat was about 4, with his new wife.

He still stays in touch with the brat via her dad etc but he rang today to speak to me  eeek:

He just wanted to say he was proud of me for raising the brat   eeek: he obviously has very little expectations. Left me thinking he is going through a 'to do ' list . He says he is ok but i guess he would  rubschin:

Quite possibly, but they usually contain disproportionate amounts of honesty.

Odds are, he really does think you have done a good job, as you no doubt have. I know it just doesn't feel that way at the time.
