I NEED to gerup 'me 'ill'. I've missed it, and it's still me favourite, even if it is a 'pimple' by comparison. cloud9:

Welcome back bear.  I hope that some bits of your trip made up for the disastrous bits.

I have just been speaking to my son. He is 28 in a few weeks time. He said he needed advice.

He is getting himself in a state because he asked a girl round to his place to watch a film tonight and she accepted.  Shortly after he had done that he was given the phone number of another girl who apparently likes him.

His questions was what should he do?  What if he watched the film the girl tried something on and he was thinking about the other girl.

My advice clean up your flat, change the bedding, go out buy some nibbles a bottle of wine, a spare toothbrush and some condoms.  Watch a film see what happens and enjoy your self.

I don't know how he manages to be so naive.  Neither do I know how he got to 28, where did all that time go without me noticing. confused:

I seem to be in a state of  eeek: When that stops I will go and pickle some beetroot and chillies.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Tell your son .... It is often a mistake to sleep with a woman ~ it is always a mistake not to.

Did you say 28?  eeek:

He needs help.

If you look closely you can see the Isle of Wight in the distance. whistle:

Snoops I know he needs help he is very immature when it comes to ladies.  He has just come out of a long term relationship and if only half the things he tells me are true and the dealings that I had with her at Christmas points to her being a control freak. Hence he has very low self esteem little confidence and out of practice.

Bless him - doesn't he know what part does the thinking in those circumstances   ;)

I have sent the lad a text, saying relax and enjoy your evening, I resisted saying "what could possibly go wrong" or "that's the way to do it." angel1

Excellent.  Character building and all that, seriously in my opinion this sort of thing is great for children, I was never one for wrapping them up in cotton wool.  Especially if they weren't mine. eveilgrin:

Cycled to Evesham Country Park today, the conditions were so good I could have gone on for another 30 miles... will sleep tonight.  Although I am wounded after miscalculating clicking my cleats into the pedals.   cloud9:
