Tel has the gym,  MissD has the torture chamber / palace;  I'll call mine the Sweat Shop  eeek:

I've signed up to a programme at the local Sweat Shop which, I must say has sparkly new equipment with downloadable connectivity to one's smartphone and online measuring whatsits. The pool alongside I have mentioned before and is great  :thumbsup:
The gym was a bit of a challenge but I thought 'in for a penny, in for a pound', and surprise surprise a pound is what they charge the Silver Surfers for a session  eeek:

I have now been inducted and programmed (90 mins)  scared2:    The PT is looking forward to impressive results ... I start for real tomorrow  noooo:
