You're prolly right DS but as the Landlord was able to identify the culprit and his place of work it should certainly lead to a final warning for "Bringing the Employer into disrepute" or some similar phrase. Depends how much the HR dept wants to get rid of him and/or how many jobs they know they are going to be shedding in the next few months.

Would have been much easier if he was arrested  noooo:

A simple charge of indecent exposure would mean he can't do his job....he is after all going into peoples homes every day  noooo:

He is well unioned up and already been to see them this morning  noooo:

It isn't too late for the Landlord to press charges now he has had time to look at the security video after receiving dozens of complaints from innocent women, shocked by the lewd act etc.
