I actually love Brum, second city that it is,  the skyline with the sun on it early morning is beautiful...... then all those locals start filling up the street...   cry:

I too was AWOL yesterday. Gym 8 am, horsepickle, quacks, deal with half a ton of beetroot which was donated by the lovely Graham, wash dry grease and line 22 baked bean tins collapse in soggy heap. surrender: No collapso. sad24:

I've been reading that Beetroot juice is extremely good for you, can't remember for which particular giblets or department like, but I can't anywhere that sells it. confused:
