My pink sis drinks gallons of the stuff, which is prolly why she is pink

Too many oranges can have a similar effect...only orange naturally...apparently, so on this occasion, you are actually speaking sense! eeek: happ096

As Jasper Carrot said, "If the world had piles, that's where they'd be"... Actually, I like The Mailbox

Never had you down as a fluffy handbag man JOM. eeek:

I too was AWOL yesterday. Gym 8 am, horsepickle, quacks, deal with half a ton of beetroot which was donated by the lovely Graham, wash dry grease and line 22 baked bean tins collapse in soggy heap. surrender: No collapso. sad24:

Ey MC.
I've been reading that Beetroot juice is extremely good for you, can't remember for which particular giblets or department like, but I can't anywhere that sells it. confused:

One of the claimed benefits is that it reduces Blood Pressure.
Tesco sell it as do Asda but not in all stores.
Also it is available from Amazon using the link below.

Alternatively buy some beetroot and squeeze them yourself.

Haven't got a squeezy machine.

Never seen it in the Asda 'round here.

I'm sure I read that it's most excellent at beating off the cold virus or summat, amongst other benefits relating to giblety bibs and bobs. rubschin:

Me dad used to drink the juice that beetroot (which he grew) had been boiled in.
He died of senile dementia aged 69.

I saw some in ASDA today.  Beetroot juice that is, as it is so easy to grow I was amazed at the price. It is good for you whatever you do with it, well in an ingestion sort of way, chucking it at a wall won't have the same health benefits.  Chucking it at a banker may give you more health benefits than eating it.  Oh bugger and double bugger is it wine O clock yet?
