Ahh the  Foundations, one of the first records that I bought. Friends with the lead singer, his son was the same age as one of my children, they went to the same school. Went to one of his weddings bless him. noooo:

Having just listened to that, I shall now dig out the first CD I ever bought, "25 Motown Greats". Although they weren't on the Motown label they were as close as a British group came to that fantastic sound. Today is already feeling good  :thumbsup:
