My spare tyre has got a fecking puncture..........2 punctures in 3 days ....... cussing:   2nd time in in a fecking year ..........now have to get my mobile mechanic to come out tomorrow

I have been tiling a kitchen floor... angel1

 surrender: From the the top, my neck and shoulders now ache...

I have upper and lower back pain

my wrists ache and my fingers and thumbs are cramping up

I have sweated my balls off

My thighs are like jelly and I'm walking like I've been on a hoss for a week

My knees are shot and swollen

Shins and ankles are okay... :thumbsup:

I have dosed up with ibuprofen and had a hot bath

I am now having a glass of two or red wine and then bed

Conflict management course tomorrow...If I can get out of bed...

I need a massage Miss D...
