If you eat yoghurt use those they are brilliant.
YOu buy them from a garden centre or make your own out of newspaper
I made loads on paper ones last year if you have the patience it is a very cheap option. Aldi/Liddle whatever you have out there will have them.Or if you can bear it when you come over Poundland have loads of them.
There is a 98cent shop near us but everything is 1.25
