Been to gym . Did 10k run, then 10k on the bike , some of the machines and was sweating like a good un.

PT comes up and says you need to do more of the exercises  , you like the cardio stuff too much...

FFS - whatever you do it ain't ever good enough

Did you hear the item on the Today prog about trout fishing in the Wandle?

Nope, but I see the trout all the time. River is about 150 yards from our house. Walk along there quite often.
They are about to stock some more trout - they get kids from local schools to raise them and then release them - cheap labour!
