Driving out of Nottingham on a main road I was overtaken at very high speed by some little hoodrat on a quad bike. No mirrirs, no signals, no indicators. He was all over the road and clearly not in control. Wild acceleration and hard braking. Caused a cyclist to leap onto the pavement. Turned sharp left up the road I was turning onto and more of the same. Straight across a zebra that had people on it
Sudden sharp right (on 2 wheels) and parked in a driveway.
I flagged down a plodmobile and gave them his number.
I heard Plod #2 say, "Not him again." Then, "He's disqualified."
I saw him a few minutes later in the back of the plod car
