I seem to be at home. eeek: Not sure what day it is though.

Flight was with BA so we survived and received copious amounts of wine which helped with the 'night flight sleep'. The electrical storm viewed from above was amazing. Despite 'push back' being over an hour late we arrived ten minutes early due to some excellent tail winds.

Terminal 5 was a complete and utter shambles heaven help us during the summer. Getting through passport control took over and hour.  What a great welcome to the UK that is going to be.  The baggage carousel only stopped four times. noooo:

Anyhoo drive from Heathrow, via daughter number one in Northamptonshire was uneventful, heating is on and the chilled wine is slipping down nicely.

Thank you for the group hug.   cloud9: Will try and catch up with all the shite tomorrow. Oh and hand out the twigs and stones that BM was so keen for me to bring back for you all. Shrugs:
