Other than waiting for phone calls I am chasing invoices that remain unpaid by advertisers in the Village Magazine.
I am, of course, using the second telephone line so that the one that the school have the number for remains free for them to call.

Best/worst excuse so far "Oh we sold that company 2 years ago ..... I doubt that we forward invoices to them"

AND from the "new" owners "We didn't instruct any advertisements to be placed"

To which I replied "So you failed to carry out normal 'Due Diligence' checks then?"
Answer "WOT?"

Give me strength  Yargh:

Two have moved offices and failed to tell me ...... One says they didn't get their post redirected as they only moved next door and assumed the Postman would know.  The second says that as I wasn't on their system (they were new advertisers and had therefore not had an invoice before) they would not have sent me their new address. Banghead
