Gym done, grass mowed, been tidying around the garden, now having a well deserved break and catching a bit of the F1 (not as big a bit as Schumacher took out of Senna's car though)  ;)

How on earth did you break that? Most people I know carry them in little padded cases.

I disconnected it from the car cable cos I keep getting told not to leave it on show.   ::)
