Got a call from a member of my team this morning . She is on a visit and it is all kicking off and they won't let her out of the property.. She has phoned police but there is all sorts of hysterics going on in the background between the two different parties ( owners and tenants) . She is distressed.
Jump in cab and get up there. 3 police cars and an ambulance outside
Ambulance not needed though thankfully. Argument raging on in the street between the viscious bloody owner and these scroats of tenants who after much exploration through discussion with them are all on the feckin scam.
Police allow us into property and then back out themselves saying it is disgusterous

But they do not have a tenancy agreement or have paid any rent in 2 years and the owner was convicted of benefit fraud of over £150,000 2 years ago
Come out of proeprty and both parties start screaming and asking what we are going to do about it.
I am closing your case and referring your children to Social Services I tell the tenants and referring you back to our legal department I tell the owner.
All in all a positive outcome.
