My local Young's pub re-opened today, following a massive re-furb. I'm staggered to say they've done a great job!  And the Young's bitter is gorgeous :-) I may be here a while...

I'd better have a pint of home brew to celebrate with you like....  Thumbs:

Managed to avoid the rain today ... good timing  :thumbsup:   Another bus strike beckons tomorrow  ::)  which doesn't affect me during the day, but the evening's logistics need revising   noooo:

The place next door to me is up for rent. I have been watching a procession of prospective new neighbours viewing today.

The last family stayed in less that 5 minutes ...thank feck. She had 3 young boys with her . Why were they not at school  rubschin:  Why was she viewing the place  ? - it is the same as mine a tincy tiny 2 bed house.

Curiosity got the better of me and went to see how much they are renting it for

£1350 pcm  Shocked:
