I originally grew it to bug an ex who for some strange reason in our final argument came up with "you would never suit a goatee" for a random insult. After that I just got used to it.  lol:

Well, I was just having a coffee and a bacon sandwich in Soho Joe's after buying some teas 'n' coffee beans in the Algerian Coffee Shop (  ) when they started putting up all this rainbow bunting ...  doh:
Then I remembered why MissD was in werk today ... walked sideways (back to the wall) all the way down Dean Street to catch a bus ...

I'm sure many attempted to this afternoon   whistle:

Of course, the new boy in town is The Shard.  On Thursday night I was drifting down from St Paul's after a concert ( angel1) and realised it was the night of the inauguration. Allegedly there was going to be a laser show, spotlights, music and merriment so I reckoned the wibbly wobbly Millennium Bridge would be a good vantage point ... as did the other hundreds of onlookers  noooo:
What a fiasco  ::)  What a pathetic show  ::)  I've had more fun with a sparkler  lol:
Apparently, so a neighbour tells me, the website for tickets to go up it crashed within minutes as well  ;D ;D
