Way back when, I went up the Hancock Tower in Chicago, 100th floor  scared2: ... I can't remember how much it was but probably about $5.00.
I had a look today ...

After a three week break from the gym (once again finding reasons to not go, rather than reasons to go) I have been to the gym this morning, that's three out of the last four days now. Some days hurt, some days feel good, today was a good day, and was helped by a rare visit from the sun on my departure  cloud9:
