Drove my car to my Sis's friend's house who lives outside the Olympic Exclusion Zone. Walked back half a mile in the pissing rain and met a man putting up Road Closed signs. Closed till 3.30 apparently  cussing: cussing:

Heathrow in a while. A three hour wait whilst Mr C's son negotiates passport control will no doubt result in a one sided joyful reunion.

We are going to take placards as neither of us are ones to ignore the chance to embarrass. cloud9:

That's reminded me. Last time there were delays at Heathrow or Gatwick, ITV were filming live from the airport. In the background there were people eagerly awaiting arrivals, and as usual there were a number of them holding bits of card up with "Mr Jones, Miss C" etc on them.

This wasn't good enough for one twat. Oh no, he was holding up his I-pad thing with somebody's name on it  Wankah:
